This initiative aims to address the issue where the app previously showed the route as clear, leading commuters to an already congested stretch. Officials noted a significant bottleneck at the Sundial Park merger near Sarai Kale Khan, causing further traffic jams. The Public Works Department also blamed Google Maps for misinformation. The traffic police are exploring traffic control measures and signal regulation to manage vehicle inflow.
