Global beer giant Carlsberg is preparing to enter the Indian stock market with an IPO. The company is expected to file its IPO documents publicly this week, aiming to raise up to $700 million. Carlsberg India, the country's second-largest beer company, may begin investor roadshows next week and launch its IPO by December. This proposed IPO is anticipated to involve a secondary share sale by the Danish parent company. Carlsberg India holds approximately 22% market share and operates seven breweries across the country.
