Six people have died in Uttar Pradesh due to heavy rainfall and thunderstorms, with over 100 houses damaged. The India Meteorological Department has forecast more heavy to very heavy rainfall in eastern Uttar Pradesh, with chances of thunderstorms and gusty winds continuing.
