Hockey India President Restricts DG Powers

Hockey India President has stripped Director General Srivastava of his powers, issuing a show-cause notice. All authority ordinarily exercised by the DG will remain in abeyance immediately, pending further consideration under Hockey India Bye-Laws. This action was communicated through advocate Himanshu Chaturvedi. The decision signifies a significant internal power struggle within the sports federation, impacting its operational leadership and governance structure.
