Haryana Official Denied Bail In ₹504 Crore IDFC First Bank Fraud Case

A special CBI court in Panchkula has denied regular bail to Prince Sharma, a sacked superintendent from the Haryana development and panchayats department. The case involves an alleged ₹504-crore fraud targeting IDFC First Bank and other state government departments. The court observed Sharma's active involvement, noting his personal mobile number was linked to multiple government accounts, including those from which fraudulent transactions occurred. Approximately ₹160 crore was defrauded from two directorate of panchayats accounts, with the total fraud reaching around ₹504 crore.

पंचकुला की एक विशेष CBI अदालत ने हरियाणा विकास और पंचायत विभाग के बर्खास्त अधीक्षक प्रिंस शर्मा को नियमित जमानत देने से इनकार कर दिया है। इस मामले में IDFC फर्स्ट बैंक और अन्य राज्य सरकारी विभागों को निशाना बनाकर कथित तौर पर ₹504 करोड़ की धोखाधड़ी की गई है। अदालत ने शर्मा की सक्रिय संलिप्तता देखी, यह देखते हुए कि उनका व्यक्तिगत मोबाइल नंबर कई सरकारी खातों से जुड़ा था, जिनमें वे खाते भी शामिल हैं जिनसे धोखाधड़ी वाले लेनदेन हुए थे। पंचायत निदेशालय के दो खातों से लगभग ₹160 करोड़ की धोखाधड़ी की गई, जिससे कुल धोखाधड़ी लगभग ₹504 करोड़ तक पहुंच गई।
