Rajasthan High Court Seeks Govt Reply on DIET Jaisalmer Fund Irregularities

The Rajasthan High Court's Jodhpur bench has asked the state government to respond to a public interest litigation alleging financial irregularities at the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) in Jaisalmer. Notices were issued to state and education authorities regarding the petition filed by retired government employee Satya Narayan Chhangani. The petition claims training programs were recorded despite non-attendance and benefits were given to absent staff.

राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट की जोधपुर बेंच ने राज्य सरकार से जैसलमेर के डिस्ट्रिक्ट इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ एजुकेशन एंड ट्रेनिंग (DIET) में वित्तीय अनियमितताओं के आरोपों वाली एक जनहित याचिका पर जवाब मांगा है। रिटायर्ड सरकारी कर्मचारी सत्य नारायण छंगानी द्वारा दायर याचिका के संबंध में राज्य और शिक्षा अधिकारियों को नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं। याचिका में दावा किया गया है कि गैर-हाजिरी के बावजूद प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों को दर्ज किया गया और अनुपस्थित कर्मचारियों को लाभ दिया गया।
