Times of India · sports

Shreyas Iyer acknowledged India's bowling performance was insufficient in their T20I defeat to New Zealand, particularly in the powerplay. He praised Glenn Phillips for his match-winning century, calling it an exceptional knock. Iyer noted that adapting to the ground dimensions was challenging for some players experiencing such conditions for the first time. The team aims to regroup, analyze their performance, and execute plans better in the upcoming final T20I.
