US Court Accepts Dismissal Of Charges Against Adani

A US District Court judge has accepted the US Department of Justice's proposal to dismiss fraud charges against Gautam Adani, Sagar Adani, and Vneet Jaain. The charges were brought against the individuals. Judge Nicholas G Garaufis of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York made the decision on August 11.
