West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari urged citizens to remain vigilant against "anti-national" elements, metaphorically described as "bedbugs" and "cockroaches," who he claims are attempting to weaken the nation. Speaking at a Durga Puja inauguration, Adhikari exhorted support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's efforts to ensure national unity and security. He also highlighted concerns about border infiltration and criticized previous governments for their handling of the Citizenship Amendment Act and border security. The CM also announced a Campa Cola project and discussed plans for religious tourism expansion.
