Maharashtra Drought Panchnamas To Be Completed, Says Minister

Maharashtra's agriculture minister Dattatray Bharne announced that nearly 44% of drought panchnamas are complete, with a target of for full completion. A committee from the Centre will visit the state soon to review the drought situation before finalising its report. The state government is expediting the process to apply for drought relief assistance from the Centre under the NDRF. Collectors have been instructed to submit reports promptly for necessary action.

महाराष्ट्र के कृषि मंत्री दत्तात्रेय भरणे ने घोषणा की है कि लगभग 44% सूखा पंचनामे पूरे हो चुके हैं, और लक्ष्य सभी को पूरा करने का है। केंद्र की एक समिति जल्द ही राज्य का दौरा कर अपनी रिपोर्ट को अंतिम रूप देने से पहले सूखे की स्थिति की समीक्षा करेगी। राज्य सरकार NDRF के तहत केंद्र से सूखा राहत सहायता के लिए आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया में तेजी ला रही है। कलेक्टरों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए तुरंत रिपोर्ट जमा करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
