Hedge funds are set to attract more investor capital in 2026, marking the first time in three years that managers have raised more than planned. Bank of America reports that equity and multi-manager platforms are seeing the highest allocator demand. Investors are increasingly favouring new fund managers over experienced ones, with 60% planning to allocate more to hedge funds. This trend follows the industry's best first-half performance since 2010, with funds up 5.5% through July.
