CRPF Woman Constable and Kin Arrested for Cheating Man of Rs 15 Lakh

A 29-year-old CRPF woman constable, along with her mother and brother, has been arrested in Tiruvarur for allegedly cheating a man of Rs 15 lakh. The victim, Rajamanickam, had paid the money for marriage expenses, but the constable, S Semila, allegedly married another CRPF constable without his knowledge. Rajamanickam filed a complaint after learning about the second marriage upon his return. Police registered a case and arrested the three accused. The mother and brother were remanded to judicial custody, while the constable was later granted bail.

तिरूर में सीआरपीएफ की 29 वर्षीय महिला कांस्टेबल को उसकी माँ और भाई के साथ एक व्यक्ति से 15 लाख रुपये की ठगी करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया है। पीड़ित, राजमणीकम, ने शादी के खर्चों के लिए पैसे दिए थे, लेकिन कांस्टेबल, एस सेमिला, ने कथित तौर पर उसकी जानकारी के बिना एक अन्य सीआरपीएफ कांस्टेबल से शादी कर ली। लौटने पर दूसरी शादी के बारे में पता चलने के बाद राजमणीकम ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर तीनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। माँ और भाई को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया, जबकि कांस्टेबल को बाद में जमानत मिल गई।
