Mayawati Demands Regularisation of Temporary Govt Workers

BSP president Mayawati has called for the permanent employment of temporary government workers across various departments. She stated that while the Uttar Pradesh government plans to hire one lakh people in the next six months, it should also include long-serving temporary staff. Mayawati specifically highlighted the exploitative nature of outsourcing and contractual appointments within the government machinery. She demanded the regularisation of NRHM contractual workers who have been protesting in Lucknow for their demands.

मायावती की मांग: सरकारी अस्थायी कर्मचारियों को पक्का करो

बसपा अध्यक्ष मायावती ने विभिन्न विभागों में काम कर रहे सरकारी अस्थायी कर्मचारियों को पक्का करने की मांग की है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार अगले छह महीनों में एक लाख लोगों को नौकरी देने की योजना बना रही है, लेकिन इसमें लंबे समय से काम कर रहे अस्थायी कर्मचारियों को भी शामिल किया जाना चाहिए। मायावती ने विशेष रूप से सरकारी तंत्र के भीतर आउटसोर्सिंग और संविदा नियुक्तियों के शोषणकारी स्वरूप पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने लखनऊ में अपनी मांगों के लिए विरोध कर रहे NRHM संविदा कर्मचारियों को पक्का करने की मांग की।
