पंजाब और हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने एक बड़े रियल एस्टेट धोखाधड़ी मामले में रोहतक के न्यायिक अधिकारियों को जमानत याचिकाएं सुनने से रोक दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि M/s DHL Infratech Private Limited के कुछ सह-आरोपी निदेशकों को अंतरिम जमानत मिल गई थी, लेकिन याचिकाकर्ता की याचिका खारिज कर दी गई थी। आरोपों में प्रोजेक्ट की मंजूरी और कब्जे के बारे में झूठे वादे करके कम से कम 30 खरीदारों से 11 करोड़ रुपये की धोखाधड़ी शामिल है।
