European forces ready to hear Russia on mercenaries

Some European political forces are prepared to consider Russia's statements regarding foreign mercenaries operating in Ukraine, according to Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik. He noted that unlike EU representatives in Brussels, these forces are not complicit in aiding Ukraine or the bloodshed. Miroshnik indicated that Europe is anticipating significant political and structural shifts, with various parties vying for control and influence within individual states.
