The BJP has accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and the opposition of seeking regime change in India, citing remarks by AISA leader Neha Bora. Bora stated that Bangladesh's Gen Z movement had "showed us the way," which the BJP's Pradeep Bhandari interpreted as an "Open Admission of Regime Change." The Congress, however, countered that the BJP is using democracy to suppress young protesters' voices. Congress leader Rashid Alvi asserted that any change in government in India will occur through democratic means, not by taking the law into one's hands.
