The six-storey property, built in 2017, is located near the international airport and will be operated under the company's mid-premium Clubhouse brand. Sunday PropTech plans to reposition and rebrand the hotel, leveraging its backing entity PRISM's ecosystem to enhance operations. The company sees significant potential in West Bengal's hospitality sector, driven by Kolkata's commercial growth and corporate travel demand, and is exploring further investments in the state.

हॉस्पिटैलिटी फर्म Sunday PropTech Ltd ने कोलकाता के राजारहाट इलाके में 89 कमरों वाला एक होटल खरीदा है, जिससे पूर्वी भारत में उसकी शुरुआत हुई है। 2017 में बना यह छह मंजिला होटल अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे के पास स्थित है और कंपनी के मिड-प्रीमियम Clubhouse ब्रांड के तहत संचालित किया जाएगा। Sunday PropTech इस होटल को रीपोजिशन और रीब्रांड करने की योजना बना रही है, और संचालन को बेहतर बनाने के लिए अपनी बैकिंग एंटिटी PRISM के इकोसिस्टम का लाभ उठाएगी। कंपनी कोलकाता के व्यावसायिक विकास और कॉर्पोरेट यात्रा की मांग से प्रेरित होकर पश्चिम बंगाल के हॉस्पिटैलिटी सेक्टर में महत्वपूर्ण क्षमता देखती है और राज्य में आगे के निवेश की तलाश कर रही है।
