Pune Co-working Spaces See Rising Demand Driven by IT and BFSI Sectors

Pune is emerging as a leading market for co-working and flexible workspaces, experiencing a significant surge in demand across various sectors. The IT, engineering, BFSI, and GCC industries are major drivers of this growth. In the first half of the year, 20,900 flex seats were leased, marking a 28% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. Micro-markets like Baner, Vimannagar, and Kharadi are particularly experiencing strong demand. Flexible working spaces now occupy 15 million sqft, positioning Pune as the third-largest market among India's top seven cities.
