Nearly 3,000 military personnel from 12 European nations, led by Britain and France, will participate in a large-scale exercise in Poland this month. The rehearsal, named Exercise Koalicja, aims to test the deployment, protection, and supply capabilities of a multinational force intended for Ukraine post-conflict. Western officials emphasize this force would not engage in offensive operations or peacekeeping, but rather provide reassurance and aid in rebuilding Ukraine's armed forces. Russia has previously stated that any foreign troops in Ukraine would be considered legitimate targets.
