Woman Injured In Expressway Rear-End Collision

A 24-year-old woman sustained injuries to her face and shoulder after a car rear-ended her halted vehicle on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway. The incident occurred near the Somatane exit last week when the woman and her friend stopped their self-drive car due to overheating. While the occupants of the rented car were inside with parking lights on, another vehicle collided with them. The woman's friend filed a complaint with Shirgaon police on Tuesday. Investigations are ongoing.
