Automotive retail software provider CDK has appointed Hyderabad-native tech veteran Sudhakar Ramakrishna as its new president and CEO, effective. Ramakrishna, who has decades of experience in enterprise technology, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity, will also join the company's board of directors. He succeeds Brian MacDonald, who is retiring from the CEO role but will remain as a senior strategic adviser to ensure a smooth leadership transition. Ramakrishna will be responsible for guiding CDK's strategy and operations, supporting automotive retailers with essential dealership management technology.
