बिहार सरकार ओला और उबर जैसे ऐप-आधारित ट्रांसपोर्ट एग्रीगेटर्स के साथ साझेदारी करके आपातकालीन एम्बुलेंस सेवाओं को बेहतर बनाने की योजना बना रही है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य पूरे राज्य में यात्रियों की सुविधा और आपातकालीन परिवहन तक पहुंच में सुधार करना है। कंपनियों को एक सप्ताह के भीतर प्रस्तावित सेवाओं पर रिपोर्ट जमा करने और बेहतर सूचना पहुंच के लिए द्विभाषी चैटबॉट सुविधाएं शुरू करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। परिवहन विभाग रात के शुल्कों, सवारी रद्द करने और ड्राइवर की पात्रता से संबंधित नियमों के अनुपालन को भी सुनिश्चित कर रहा है, जिसमें अनुपालन न करने पर लाइसेंस रद्द करने की संभावना है।
