Thousands of users across the United States reported experiencing outages with Spotify and Anthropic's AI chatbot Claude on Tuesday. Downdetector.com showed over 17,000 reports for Spotify and more than 11,000 for Claude. Both companies acknowledged the issues, with Spotify stating they were investigating and Anthropic probing elevated error rates. The outages affected users' ability to access these popular digital services.
