Veteran actor Nana Patekar passed away on the morning of in Goa. His son, Malhar Patekar, confirmed the news and stated that doctors declared him dead upon arrival at the hospital. Patekar had reportedly messaged a close friend around 2:30 AM, complaining of chest pain. When the friend arrived at 4 AM, Patekar was found unconscious, sweating profusely, and struggling to breathe. Despite efforts, including CPR, he was pronounced dead at 5:20 AM, with cardiac arrest cited as the cause.
