This initiative introduces a 98-year lease framework, extendable by another 49 years, to generate sustained revenue from prime real estate assets across nearly 850 locations statewide. Projects will operate on an 'Upfront Premium' model, ensuring immediate capital for MSRTC and a recurring revenue share.

महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने महाराष्ट्र राज्य सड़क परिवहन निगम (MSRTC) के मालिकाना हक़ वाली 3,500 एकड़ अतिरिक्त ज़मीन के व्यावसायिक विकास के लिए एक सार्वजनिक-निजी भागीदारी मॉडल को मंजूरी दे दी है। यह पहल राज्य भर में लगभग 850 स्थानों पर प्राइम रियल एस्टेट संपत्तियों से लगातार राजस्व उत्पन्न करने के लिए, 98 साल के लीज़ फ्रेमवर्क का परिचय देती है, जिसे 49 साल और बढ़ाया जा सकता है। प्रोजेक्ट 'अपफ्रंट प्रीमियम' मॉडल पर काम करेंगे, जिससे MSRTC के लिए तत्काल पूंजी और एक आवर्ती राजस्व हिस्सेदारी सुनिश्चित होगी।
