This warning comes after last winter's widespread power and heating outages, which saw blackouts lasting up to 16 hours in some areas. Authorities acknowledge the next cold season could be even more difficult. The Ukrenergo power grid operator is still working on repairing damaged energy facilities, and a lawmaker advised citizens to stock up on.
