भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक (RBI) ने टाटा संस की मुख्य निवेश कंपनी के तौर पर अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन सरेंडर करने की अर्ज़ी को खारिज कर दिया है। इस फैसले से टाटा ग्रुप की होल्डिंग कंपनी प्राइवेट नहीं रह पाएगी और स्टॉक मार्केट में लिस्ट होने के करीब आ जाएगी। RBI ने टाटा संस को अपर-लेयर इन्वेस्टमेंट कंपनियों के नियमों का पालन करने का निर्देश दिया है।
