Interest in Dubai's real estate market has temporarily slowed due to recent Middle East tensions, but its appeal is expected to return once peace is restored. Niranjan Hiranandani, founder of Hiranandani Communities, stated that while buyers are reassessing purchases, the "Dubai fever" is far from over. Historically, geopolitical events have had a limited impact on Dubai's housing market compared to economic downturns. Indians accounted for 22% of Dubai's property market in 2025, according to an ANAROCK report.
