Dismissed AIG Rajjit Hundal's Benami Properties Under ANTF Probe

The Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) has secured a two-day police remand for dismissed AIG Rajjit Singh Hundal to investigate his alleged benami properties and bank accounts. Hundal, who was dismissed in 2023, is not cooperating with the investigation into his financial records. The ANTF aims to trace financial links connected to the case, which is separate from earlier proceedings involving drug smugglers. Hundal was previously arrested in a new NDPS case and sent to four days' police remand. The court has set for his next production.
