News18 Hindi · india

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari humorously recounted an instance where he found a Swiggy food order to be slightly expensive. Speaking at a Swiggy event, he noted that increased market competition and business scale naturally lead to lower prices for consumers. Gadkari explained that as competition grows and business expands, prices eventually become more reasonable. He used this personal anecdote to illustrate how growing production and market reach ultimately benefit consumers with fair pricing. However, he did not specify the item ordered or when the incident occurred.
