Telangana Transco Wins Award For Lowest Transmission Losses In Southern Region

The Transmission Corporation of Telangana Limited (TG-Transco) has been awarded for achieving the lowest transmission losses in the Southern Region for FY 2025–26. This marks the second consecutive year the utility has received this recognition at the Power Line TransTech India Utility Awards. In FY 2025–26, TG-Transco recorded transmission losses of 2.20%, a slight increase from the previous year's 2.19%. The company has significantly expanded its network capacity since 2014 to meet growing energy demands, implementing measures like new substations and transmission lines.

ट्रांसमिशन कॉर्पोरेशन ऑफ तेलंगाना लिमिटेड (TG-Transco) को वित्त वर्ष 2025-26 में दक्षिणी क्षेत्र में सबसे कम ट्रांसमिशन लॉस हासिल करने के लिए अवॉर्ड दिया गया है। पावरलाइन ट्रांसटेक इंडिया यूटिलिटी अवॉर्ड्स में यह पहचान इस यूटिलिटी को लगातार दूसरे साल मिली है। वित्त वर्ष 2025-26 में, TG-Transco ने 2.20% ट्रांसमिशन लॉस दर्ज किया, जो पिछले साल के 2.19% से थोड़ा ज़्यादा है। कंपनी ने बढ़ती ऊर्जा मांगों को पूरा करने के लिए 2014 से अपने नेटवर्क की क्षमता का काफी विस्तार किया है, जिसमें नए सबस्टेशन और ट्रांसमिशन लाइनें जैसे उपाय लागू किए गए हैं।
