Fuel prices across Indian cities showed mixed changes on October 13, with petrol and diesel remaining unchanged in many locations while others saw increases or cuts. CNG prices rose in eight listed cities, with Chennai, Mathura, and Meerut recording a ₹2 increase each. Bengaluru saw the largest cuts in both petrol and diesel prices, while Patna experienced the biggest increases. Hyderabad recorded the highest petrol price among the listed cities, and Chandigarh had the lowest. Chandigarh also had the lowest diesel price, while Thiruvananthapuram recorded the highest.
