Maharashtra CM Orders SIT Probe Into Rs 500 Crore Audio Controversy

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has ordered the formation of a SIT to probe allegations of Rs 500 crore and a controversial viral audio clip linked to Maratha reservation activist Manoj Jarange. The SIT will investigate the authenticity of the audio recording and claims of financial transactions. The controversy erupted after Jarange released an audio clip allegedly mentioning a Rs 500 crore payment via Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde, also naming Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने मराठा आरक्षण कार्यकर्ता मनोज जरंगे से जुड़े ₹500 करोड़ के आरोपों और एक विवादास्पद वायरल ऑडियो क्लिप की जांच के लिए एक SIT के गठन का आदेश दिया है। SIT ऑडियो रिकॉर्डिंग की प्रामाणिकता और वित्तीय लेनदेन के दावों की जांच करेगी। यह विवाद तब सामने आया जब जरंगे ने एक ऑडियो क्लिप जारी किया जिसमें कथित तौर पर शिवसेना सांसद श्रीकांत शिंदे के माध्यम से ₹500 करोड़ के भुगतान का उल्लेख किया गया था, जिसमें उपमुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे का भी नाम लिया गया था।
