SRFTI Students Defy Eviction Order, Continue Protest Through Durga Puja

SRFTI have refused to vacate the campus despite a 24-hour ultimatum from authorities. They are demanding the resignation of Vice-Chancellor Santosh Ajmera and action over alleged campus violence. Academic activities in the Film and EDM wings have been suspended until November 13. The students allege the eviction order is an attempt to weaken their protest and a violation of their rights. They intend to continue their sit-in agitation throughout the Durga Puja holidays until their demands are met.

एसआरएफटीआइ ने अधिकारियों द्वारा 24 घंटे की मोहलत दिए जाने के बावजूद कैंपस खाली करने से मना कर दिया है। वे वाइस-चांसलर संतोष अजमेरा के इस्तीफे और कथित कैंपस हिंसा पर कार्रवाई की मांग कर रहे हैं। फिल्म और ईडीएम विंग में शैक्षणिक गतिविधियां 13 नवंबर तक निलंबित कर दी गई हैं। छात्रों का आरोप है कि खाली करने का आदेश उनके विरोध को कमजोर करने का प्रयास है और उनके अधिकारों का उल्लंघन है। वे अपनी मांगों के पूरा होने तक दुर्गा पूजा की छुट्टियों के दौरान अपना धरना जारी रखने का इरादा रखते हैं।
