डीएलएफ़ गोवा में मार्च 2027 तक एक शानदार शॉपिंग मॉल खोलने की तैयारी में है। इसमें करीब ₹500 करोड़ का निवेश किया जाएगा। सात लाख वर्ग फुट की इस प्रॉपर्टी से सालाना ₹150 करोड़ से ज़्यादा का किराया आने की उम्मीद है। मॉल की 70-75% जगह पहले ही बुक हो चुकी है, जिसमें पीवीआर और शॉपर्स स्टॉप जैसे बड़े नाम शामिल हैं। कंपनी का ध्यान पर्यटकों के बजाय स्थानीय ग्राहकों पर है।
