Pune Collector Assures Rapido Executives Will Be Named In FIR

Pune Collector Jitendra Dudi has assured cab and auto associations that senior Rapido executives will be named in an FIR registered on October 16 for operating bike taxis without approval. This action follows a protest against unauthorised bike taxi operations and aggregators' alleged failure to comply with government norms. The Pune RTO had previously registered an FIR against Roppen Transport Services Pvt Ltd, which operates Rapido. The collector's assurance aims to increase pressure on the company to cease unauthorised operations.

पुणे के कलेक्टर जितेंद्र दुडी ने कैब और ऑटो संघों को आश्वासन दिया है कि 16 अक्टूबर को बिना अनुमति के बाइक टैक्सी चलाने के आरोप में दर्ज एफआईआर में रैपिडो के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के नाम भी जोड़े जाएंगे। यह कार्रवाई अनधिकृत बाइक टैक्सी संचालन और एग्रीगेटर्स द्वारा सरकारी नियमों का पालन न करने के आरोपों के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन के बाद हुई है। पुणे आरटीओ ने पहले रोपेन ट्रांसपोर्ट सर्विसेज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, जो रैपिडो का संचालन करती है, के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की थी। कलेक्टर का यह आश्वासन कंपनी पर अनधिकृत संचालन बंद करने का दबाव बढ़ाने के लिए है।
