The Supreme Court has permitted actor Rajpal Yadav to seek the release of his passport for a film shoot in Canada, while his cheque-bounce case is ongoing. The court has also referred his financial dispute with creditors to mediation. Yadav must adhere to conditions set by the trial court for passport release and inform the court upon his return. The mediation aims to resolve pending money issues, with Rs 2 crore already deposited. This decision allows Yadav to continue professional commitments despite ongoing legal battles.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अभिनेता राजपाल यादव को कनाडा में फिल्म की शूटिंग के लिए अपना पासपोर्ट जारी कराने की अनुमति दे दी है, जबकि उनके चेक बाउंस का मामला चल रहा है। अदालत ने लेनदारों के साथ उनके वित्तीय विवाद को मध्यस्थता के लिए भी भेजा है। पासपोर्ट जारी कराने के लिए यादव को ट्रायल कोर्ट द्वारा निर्धारित शर्तों का पालन करना होगा और लौटने पर अदालत को सूचित करना होगा। मध्यस्थता का उद्देश्य लंबित धन संबंधी मुद्दों को हल करना है, जिसमें पहले से ही 2 करोड़ रुपये जमा किए जा चुके हैं। यह फैसला यादव को कानूनी लड़ाई के बावजूद अपने पेशेवर कामों को जारी रखने की अनुमति देता है।
