Brazilian police apprehended a suspected serial killer, Jorlan Lopes da Silva, 33, disguised as a woman and carrying a baby. He is linked to at least 16 deaths since May and claims to have committed 80 homicides. The suspect was captured after a 30-hour manhunt in Paraiba state, northeastern Brazil. He was wearing a dress and wig to evade capture. Police seized weapons and ammunition during the operation.
