The Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission has granted Eleven Power Pvt Ltd a 25-year parallel distribution licence for Gurugram and Nuh revenue districts. This marks the first such licence in Haryana, allowing over 830,000 consumers to choose between two distribution licensees. Eleven Power plans a capital investment of ₹4,717 crore over five years, with supply commencing in 2027-28. The company aims to procure 80% of its electricity from renewable sources, with tariffs regulated by the commission. हरियाणा इलेक्ट्रिसिटी रेगुलेटरी कमीशन ने Eleven Power Pvt Ltd को गुरुग्राम और नूंह राजस्व जिलों के लिए 25 साल का पैरेलल डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन लाइसेंस दिया है। यह हरियाणा में पहला ऐसा लाइसेंस है, जिससे 830,000 से अधिक उपभोक्ताओं को दो डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन लाइसेंसधारियों के बीच चुनने का मौका मिलेगा। Eleven Power अगले पांच वर्षों में ₹4,717 करोड़ के पूंजी निवेश की योजना बना रही है, और आपूर्ति 2027-28 में शुरू होगी। कंपनी का लक्ष्य 80% बिजली नवीकरणीय स्रोतों से खरीदना है, और टैरिफ का विनियमन कमीशन द्वारा किया जाएगा। इस कदम से क्षेत्र में बिजली वितरण क्षेत्र में प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ेगी।
