TDP Alleges Rigging in Parishad Polls, Demands Repoll in Tirupati Rural

TDP leaders Pulivarthi Nani and C. Divakar Reddy protested alleged rigging by YSRCP leader Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy during ZPTC/MPTC elections in Tirupati Rural Mandal. They demanded a repoll across all polling stations, citing irregularities, violence, and vote rigging that they claim undermine democracy. Divakar Reddy warned that such actions distort the public mandate. Meanwhile, Chevireddy accused TDP leaders of harassing YSRCP cadre and preventing them from accessing polling stations. The State Election Commission has been urged to investigate and order a re-election.

टीडीपी नेताओं पुलिवर्थी नानी और सी. दिवाकर रेड्डी ने तिरुपति ग्रामीण मंडल में ZPTC/MPTC चुनावों के दौरान YSRCP नेता चेविरेड्डी भास्कर रेड्डी द्वारा कथित धांधली के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। उन्होंने अनियमितताओं, हिंसा और वोट की धांधली का हवाला देते हुए सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर दोबारा मतदान की मांग की, जो उनके अनुसार लोकतंत्र को कमजोर करती है। दिवाकर रेड्डी ने चेतावनी दी कि ऐसे कार्य जनमत को विकृत करते हैं। वहीं, चेविरेड्डी ने टीडीपी नेताओं पर YSRCP कार्यकर्ताओं को परेशान करने और उन्हें मतदान केंद्रों तक पहुंचने से रोकने का आरोप लगाया। राज्य चुनाव आयोग से जांच और पुनर्मतदान का आदेश देने का आग्रह किया गया है।
