The proposal, presented to the Krishna Upper Canal Project Irrigation Advisory Committee, details allocations for Kalaburagi city, villages along the Bhima River, Afzalpur town, and multi-village schemes. Specific amounts include 2.5 tmcft for the city and 1.5 tmcft for Bhima River villages.
