District Judge Arvind Kumar Mishra has convicted Muskan Rastogi and her lover Sahil Shukla for the murder of Saurabh Rajput in a high-profile case. The trial process lasted approximately 13 months, with 126 hearings and testimonies from over 22 witnesses. Judge Mishra, who joined the judicial service in 2003, has held various positions across Uttar Pradesh, including in Ghazipur, Aligarh, Gorakhpur, and Kanpur. He also served on deputation with the Uttar Pradesh government and chaired the State Transport Appellate Tribunal before becoming a District and Sessions Judge.

जिला जज अरविंद कुमार मिश्रा ने हाई-प्रोफाइल मामले में मुस्कान रस्तोगी और उसके प्रेमी साहिल शुक्ला को सौरभ राजपूत की हत्या का दोषी ठहराया है। मुकदमे की प्रक्रिया में लगभग 13 महीने लगे, जिसमें 126 सुनवाई हुईं और 22 से अधिक गवाहों ने गवाही दी। जज मिश्रा, जो 2003 में न्यायिक सेवा में शामिल हुए थे, ने उत्तर प्रदेश में विभिन्न पदों पर काम किया है, जिनमें ग़ाज़ीपुर, अलीगढ़, गोरखपुर और कानपुर शामिल हैं। उन्होंने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के साथ प्रतिनियुक्ति पर भी काम किया और जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश बनने से पहले राज्य परिवहन अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण के अध्यक्ष भी रहे।
