Coimbatore Student Electrocuted Dancing Near DJ Equipment At College Function

A final-year engineering student in Coimbatore died after suffering an electric shock while dancing near DJ equipment at a college hostel's annual function on Saturday night. The student, A Amilthan, was rushed to a private hospital where he was declared dead. Another student who attempted to help also received an electric shock but was later discharged. The deceased student's father has filed a complaint against the DJ organizers, hostel warden, and college management for alleged safety lapses.

कोयंबटूर में एक फाइनल ईयर इंजीनियरिंग छात्र की शनिवार रात कॉलेज हॉस्टल के वार्षिक फंक्शन में डीजे उपकरण के पास नाचते समय बिजली का झटका लगने से मौत हो गई। छात्र, ए अमिलथन, को एक निजी अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहाँ उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया गया। मदद करने की कोशिश करने वाले एक अन्य छात्र को भी बिजली का झटका लगा, लेकिन बाद में उन्हें छुट्टी दे दी गई। मृतक छात्र के पिता ने कथित सुरक्षा खामियों के लिए डीजे आयोजकों, हॉस्टल वार्डन और कॉलेज प्रबंधन के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज कराई है।
