Property registration pressure in Gautam Buddha Nagar will be eased with the upcoming opening of two new sub-registrar offices in Dadri and Greater Noida. The Dadri office has already received approval and is expected to commence operations next week. An additional sub-registrar appointment proposal has also been sent to the government for both locations. This move aims to reduce crowds and waiting times for property buyers and sellers, streamlining the registration process. Once operational, Dadri will have three sub-registrars and Greater Noida will have two, improving efficiency.
