DRDO Successfully Tests High Altitude Platform System At 21 Km Altitude

India has achieved a significant milestone in aerospace technology with the successful test of its HAPS. The airship reached an altitude of approximately 21 kilometers above sea level and maintained a stable flight for over 30 minutes, continuously transmitting data and real-time video to the ground station. This advanced system, designed for long-duration surveillance and monitoring missions in the stratosphere, was developed by DRDO's Aerial Delivery Research and Development Establishment.
