Ladakh Reserves 4% Govt Jobs For Sportspersons

Ladakh has announced a 4% horizontal reservation for sportspersons in government jobs. This reservation will apply to direct recruitment for Group C non-gazetted posts within the Ladakh administration. The policy aims to support athletes by providing them with job security. International and national-level athletes, Khelo India medallists, and other eligible sportspersons will benefit from this initiative, recognizing their achievements and encouraging continued participation in sports.

लद्दाख ने सरकारी नौकरियों में खिलाड़ियों के लिए 4% क्षैतिज आरक्षण की घोषणा की है। यह आरक्षण लद्दाख प्रशासन के भीतर ग्रुप सी के गैर-राजपत्रित पदों पर सीधी भर्ती के लिए लागू होगा। इस नीति का उद्देश्य खिलाड़ियों को नौकरी की सुरक्षा प्रदान करके उनका समर्थन करना है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय और राष्ट्रीय स्तर के खिलाड़ी, खेलो इंडिया के पदक विजेता और अन्य योग्य खिलाड़ी इस पहल से लाभान्वित होंगे।
