Over 470 Grams of Suspected MDMA Seized in Kannur; One Youth Arrested

Authorities in Kerala's Kannur district have arrested a 32-year-old man identified as Badusha as part of Operation Thunder. During an inspection in Kumbil town, excise officials seized a total of 473 grams of suspected MDMA. The contraband was found both in a shop and the accused's car. Officials stated that Badusha was a key figure in the local wholesale and retail sale of narcotic substances. A case has been registered under the NDPS Act, and the accused will be produced before the Kannur Judicial First Class Magistrate Court.

केरल के कन्नूर जिले में अधिकारियों ने ऑपरेशन थंडर के तहत 32 वर्षीय बादशाह नाम के एक व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तार किया है। कुंबिल कस्बे में निरीक्षण के दौरान, आबकारी अधिकारियों ने कुल 473 ग्राम संदिग्ध MDMA ज़ब्त किया। यह ज़ब्ती एक दुकान और आरोपी की कार दोनों से हुई। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि बादशाह नशीले पदार्थों की स्थानीय थोक और खुदरा बिक्री में एक अहम व्यक्ति था। NDPS एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है और आरोपी को कन्नूर ज्यूडिशियल फर्स्ट क्लास मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट में पेश किया जाएगा।
