CBFC Allows Nude Magazine Shot in 'Doosra', Director Calls it an Achievement

Times of India · entertainment

The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has granted an 'A' certificate to the film 'Doosra' without demanding cuts, including a two-second shot of a nude magazine photograph. Director Abhinay Deo accepted the adult rating to retain integral scenes, such as the magazine shot and a reference to the Babri Masjid episode. He stated that retaining these scenes without cuts was an achievement, as even adult-rated films often face censorship.
