Gautam Adani has been surpassed as Asia's richest person by Zhang Yiming, co-founder of ByteDance, the company behind TikTok. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Yiming now ranks 18th globally with a net worth of $105 billion, while Adani is placed 20th. Yiming's wealth has seen a significant increase since March 2019. This shift places him ahead of other prominent Asian billionaires like Mukesh Ambani and Tadashi Yanai.
