इंडिया पोस्ट डिजिटल सुधारों और बड़े डिलीवरी नेटवर्क से तेलंगाना में लोगों की सेवा कर रहा है। यह विभाग हर महीने लगभग 20 लाख चेयुथा पेंशन लाभार्थियों को सेवा देता है, जो वित्तीय समावेशन में इसकी अहम भूमिका दिखाता है। चीफ पोस्टमास्टर जनरल डी.एस.वी.आर. मूर्ति ने बताया कि यह संस्था टेक्नोलॉजी-सक्षम इकाई में बदल गई है, लेकिन इसका बड़ा फिजिकल नेटवर्क भी बना हुआ है। APT 2.0 प्लेटफॉर्म और DIGIPIN जैसी पहलें, डोर स्टेप सर्विस और बेहतर स्पीड पोस्ट जैसी सेवाओं के साथ, पूरे राज्य में सेवा वितरण को बेहतर बना रही हैं।
